A Dorset based, non-for-profit, friendly, Historical European Martial Arts Club, training in Dorchester & Weymouth. Where Historical Fighting Arts enthusiasts explore combat systems from across the ages including: Medieval, Renaissance and 17th Century onwards. Incorporating staff/stick, spear/ polearms, hand-sword, longsword, rapier, sabre, broad sword, backsword, small sword, spadroon, dagger……..

We welcome new members who want to actively train in this broad discipline and master European weaponry and combat from across the eras.
Walk-Ins Welcome!
There are no joining fees & no membership fees. All we charge is £5 a session to cover hall costs. We have sufficient loan equipment to get you up and running and enjoying this hobby. Open to adults and children aged 13 years plus (see faqs for younger children).

For anyone interested in exploring Oriental Weapons Systems in addition to European Martial Arts – we run blended lessons, covering both of these historical fighting arts in Dorchester on a Thursday.
